Hunting with my husband, finding quiet in the chaos (it’s almost always outdoors!), a good book, and of course anything that involves our kids and grandkids.

The people—each person is a unique individual who brings something to the table. We challenge each other in a good way. Plus, I get to work alongside my sister and brother-in-law who model all the things I believe in both personally and professionally.

I say this on repeat in my head, “Be intentional.” I want to own the task at hand and be intentional with the process.

When I see a team member really clicking and operating within their strengths. I am pleased when others feel good about what they do. I like being a part of the solution in helping our team find success – not only as unique individuals but together as JurySync. Then when that turns into a “pay it forward” and we are able to do the same for our clients – well, it’s a double-win.

I was born in Newton, NJ and raised in Kansas City, where I grew up on a small piece of land with horses and a Christmas tree farm. Some of my favorite memories involve working outside with my father.
